Aurora Cannabis (NYSE: ACB) announced that it had entered a binding letter of agreement to acquire Hempco Food and Fiber Inc. (TSXV: HEMP). Under the agreement, Aurora will pay C$63.4 million or US$1.04 per share to purchase Hempco. This is not the first hemp company that Aurora has acquired.
